Terms of service

Anusuchi is provided for businesses to manage scheduling, time tracking, breaks, timesheets, payroll export preparation, reports, chat, announcements, and related workforce administration. By creating or using a workspace, you agree to use the service only for lawful business purposes and to configure it according to your company policies and applicable employment, wage, privacy, and recordkeeping requirements.

Workspace administrators are responsible for account access, employee invitations, role permissions, pay-rate visibility, payroll export review, and the accuracy of data entered or approved in the system. Anusuchi is not a payroll provider, legal advisor, tax advisor, or substitute for final payroll and compliance review by the company.

You may not misuse the service, attempt to access another company workspace, interfere with security controls, upload malicious content, or use the platform to send unlawful, harassing, or misleading communications. We may suspend access to protect the service, comply with law, or respond to security risks.
