Privacy policy
Anusuchi stores workforce information needed to operate scheduling, time clock, break compliance, timesheets, payroll exports, reports, chat, announcements, and audit logs. This may include employee profile details, work locations, departments, roles, attendance records, GPS clock-in metadata when enabled by the company, payroll-rate data for authorized users, and messages sent inside the workspace.
Customer workspace data is scoped by company and used to provide the service, secure accounts, troubleshoot support requests, maintain auditability, and comply with legal obligations. Access to sensitive payroll and pay-rate information is limited by role permissions. We do not sell employee personal information.
Companies are responsible for telling their employees how Anusuchi is used in their workplace and for configuring retention, payroll, GPS, and notification settings according to their policies and applicable law. Requests to access, correct, export, or delete data should be sent through the workspace administrator or to the Anusuchi support contact listed by the company.
